Athlete Health Panels provides at-home test kit ordering, lab workflow coordination, portal access, reorders, subscriptions, and optional telehealth review where available.

No emergency use

The site and kits are not intended for emergencies. For urgent symptoms, suspected severe injury, or danger signs, seek immediate medical care.

Customer responsibilities

Athletes are responsible for following collection instructions, providing accurate information, and consulting qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

SMS and email communications

Subscriptions

Subscription plans may include recurring reminders, member pricing, and recurring kit options. Cancellation and billing terms should be finalized before public launch.
