Unopened kits

Unopened kits may be eligible for return or cancellation according to the final policy and timing rules.

Once a sample is collected, shipped, or processed by the lab, refunds may be limited because lab and logistics costs have been incurred.

Athletes should be able to manage or cancel subscriptions from the portal before the next billing or shipment cycle.
